Happy December Friends,
Can you believe the year is almost done?!? I know I can’t. This happens to me every year though – when December rolls around I feel like the entire year has gone too fast. I think this is the effect of getting older. When I was younger, I felt like life was endless and now I feel like I have limited time.. haha. This year I am determined to finish my Christmas shopping early! I am totally that typical last-minute shopper. But not this year! I am determined to change that completely by doing all my Christmas shopping online (I hope) … we’ll see how that goes.
This past month has been such an exciting month for me. I was invited to be a guest on the show “30 Minutes to Wealth” with Carmen and Jordan Campanero. I absolutely love this mother-daughter duo. My dream is to be Carmen when I grow up (I actually told her that haha). I had written this down as one of my goals two years ago. I wanted to meet them in person and be a guest on their show so you can imagine how excited I was to get asked to film an episode for their 4th season. My episode will air sometime in February next year and will re-run on TV 4 times a year plus on demand straight from their website and their YouTube Channel. Super excited to share this with you!
On the real estate front, I am super happy our projects are progressing nicely but there have been some delays. These days getting surveyors and engineers to do work is a process in itself. Everyone seems to be busier than ever plus the City is overloaded with applications. Luckily my team is amazing, and they always seem to get the work done – shout out to my architect Sam Morgan who has been working over the weekends to catch up on lost time ☺
We would like to thank you as always for taking the time to read our blogs and vlogs. Your messages are so encouraging to us.
Have a very Merry Christmas friends. Sending you all much love this holiday season!
I hope you all get to spend time with your loved ones and really spend time being present.
Real-Estate Tips for Assisting Millennials Buying Their First Homes
Right now may seem to be one of the worst possible times for millennials to invest in their first-ever homes. And yet, the real estate market is booming for millennials. According to Realtor.com’s 2020 Housing Market Predictions, millennials will comprise the largest percentage of home buyers this year. This shouldn’t seem too surprising, as the millennial age group is currently the largest generation within the American population — except for the fact that millennials are infamous for preferring renting over buying.
Securing first-time homebuyers in the millennial generation should be at the top of a real estate agent’s priority list according to this recent data. Here are three tips to help millennial first-time home buyers complete a successful purchase that they feel good about. https://tinyurl.com/y3y5y338
